Create .exe file of air Application

Hi guys,
I have develop a simple application with AIR.
Finding the way to make an exe of it.
Anyone who knows this please help me to do this.

What things i need to do,
How to do,
Please guide step by step.

I don't know but Is it necessary to have a application with the extension -> .AIR
