Is it posible to read and write file with root permission (*UNIX Family) in AIR ??

I want to read and write the "hosts" file in "/etc/hosts" or any other files in "/etc", but AIR say "access denie...", i think it all about permission. How do i read and write file with root permission in AIR? please help!
