I'm using air.HTMLLoader.createRootWindow to pop up a window to a user in an AIR application to ask them to authenticate with a third party service.
I'd like to know where the window opened by the HTMLLoader class accesses the user's cookies. Does it retrieve the user's cookies from their default browser? If so, is there a way to have the HTMLLoader class open a window which does not access the user's cookies from their default browser? Basically, I'd like to be able to have HTMLLoader open a window which has a clean slate of cookies and does not make use of the browser's cookie store.
http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/flash/html/HTMLLoader.h tml#manageCookies looks like it could be useful for what I'm trying to achieve - has anyone had any luck using this option?
