AIR 1.0 Install Error

I get the following error when trying to install AIR on Vista:

"An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."

I checked all the obvious outlets and the only info I have found so far is in the error log. MsiInstaller has the following 4 logs in this order:

"Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Adobe AIR. Product Version: 1.0.4880. Product Language: 1033. Installation success or error status: 0."
and
"Product: Adobe AIR -- Installation completed successfully."

then

"Product: Adobe AIR -- Removal completed successfully."
and
"Windows Installer removed the product. Product Name: Adobe AIR. Product Version: 1.0.4880. Product Language: 1033. Removal success or error status: 0."

The AIR betas worked find for me and I uninstalled them before attempting this install.

Any ideas?
