How to detect Wether Adobe Air installed or not in the system

Hello friends

                  Can anybody guides me how to detect wether Adobe Air Installer installed in the system when i installed Adobe Air Application release.

i just want to display a messg that plz install air or to open Adobe air Download link automatically if adobe air installer not present in users system.Please guide me if this possible.
