Develop AIR app with ssh/scp

Hi All!

I am trying to decide whether or not to create the next version of an internal company tool I developed either using WPF/ Silverlight (in C#) or Adobe AIR. My application requires creating a ssh connection and copying a file via scp. Will AIR allow me the same functionality? If so, where is the api documented?
