Borderless Windows

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to take a simple flash carousel and make it run on the desktop. I want it to run with no borders and with a transparent backround. simular to OBJECT DOCK or the MAC docks.

Is this possible with Air, if not does anyone know how i can do this?
