Intercepting HTTP request?

Hi,

I wonder if an AIR application can intercept every HTTP request made from the browser? I am trying to build an AIR app that can monitor the internet search made by the user, e.g. searching for "digital camera" using google. I've looked through the AIR doc, but didn't find anything related. Just thought someone may know a quick answer if I missed something.
