Adobe Air Install Error

When trying to install Abode Air onto my Windows XP Pro computer...I keep getting the same error everytime:

"An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator." Error #0

And I do have Admin Rights.
