install Settings Manager from command line

Hello
How can I install AIR Settings Manager from the command line?

Im already installing Adobe AIR silently from the command line, like this:
AdobeAIRInstaller.bin -silent -eulaAccepted

But I now  need to block the Update Popups. And Im trying to do that with AIR Settings Manager.
But how can I install SettingsManager.air from the command line?
